Here we have put together some frequently-asked-questions about our 360 photo booth service and accessories, please browse these and if you have a question not covered here don’t hesitate to contact us.

What areas do you cover?
For our 360 photobooth, we cover the following postcodes:
West Yorkshire (LS, BD, HD, HX & WF postcodes): all packages
South Yorkshire (S & DN postcodes): silver & gold packages only
selected YO postcodes: gold package only, contact us to confirm.
Other postcodes may be covered, contact us with details.  Our 4ft light up numbers and 4ft LOVE letters are available in West Yorkshire (LS, BD, HD, HX & WF) and Harrogate (HG) postcodes.

What is your availability?
We are generally available weekends and bank holidays, plus some weekday evenings.  We recommend contacting us with your event date, postcode and preferred start time to check availability.

What size space do you require?
We need a clear area at least 11ft x 12ft minimum for a basic setup with just the 360; 14 x 14ft for the 360 + backdrop.  Also please ensure you have additional space if you require the 4ft illuminated letters or any other accessories such as the VIP barriers.

What is the setup/pack down time required?
Setup & pack down takes around 45 mins to 1 hour, this may be more for larger setups for example events including the sequin backdrop.  We therefore need an appropriate amount of time before and after your event for us to achieve this, so please bear this in mind when booking.  If removing our equipment might disturb your guests (eg. the party is still going on), we may be able to remove this a following day subject to agreement with the venue staff; there is no charge for this for events in LS or BD postcodes, a small surcharge may apply for other postcodes.

Are setup times included in the hours booked?
No, our setup and pack down times are not included in the number of hours you book us for.  For example, if you book us for 2 hours then we will set up (approx 1 hour) and be ready for your start time, provide the 360 photobooth for the 2 hours, then pack down (a further 1 hour approx), so we might be at your venue a total of 4 hours.  If you may require us to be set up more than 90 minutes before we start, waiting time beyond the 90 minutes may be chargeable or included in the booked time, contact us to clarify this.

What happens if the event over-runs?
We are flexible on this, if we reach the end of the booked time and guests are still wanting to get on, we would continue for a while to allow more guests on, if this may run considerably longer than arranged, we would discuss options with the event organiser.

What is included for the prices?
The 360 photobooth plus lighting are included in the prices shown, also we have public liability insurance and our equipment is PAT-tested for safety.  Optional extra that are chargeable are the VIP barrier sets, backdrops, 4ft illuminated letters, props etc.

Can the 360 be used without supervision?
No, the 360 photo booth must be staffed at all times to ensure that it is safely used as it has moving parts and our own device is used for capturing videos.

Is the 360 suitable for use with children?
Our 360 photobooth can be used by children, however this should be under strict supervision of parents/guardians because it has moving parts.

Do you need WiFi?
We use our own mobile which has unlimited data, however faster WiFi would be beneficial where available.  It may also be necessary if your event location has poor signal for data.

What if there is no data signal or wifi?
If your event is in a location with no 3g/4g data signal and also no access to  wifi, we will discuss options with the event organiser.

When would we receive videos?
Boomerang-style videos are available to users just a few moments after stepping off the 360 photo booth, and can be shared via WhatsApp, plus text or email links.  All videos can also be sent to the organiser after the event, they will be uploaded and shared through a file sharing service.

Can I use my own logo on the video?
Yes, you can replace our brand logo with your own design, this is included in the gold package.  You will need to provide the image (use a graphic designing service such as Canva or a 3rd party designer), which must be a transparent-background PNG image with your logo/text which should be unobtrusive.  See this page for more details, or contact us for more details.

What about the illuminated letters/numbers?
We have a choice of light up numbers available (full range available: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 13, 18, 21, 40, 50, 60, 65, 100, 400, 500) along with LOVE.  These are available to hire with our 360 photobooth or separately.  Unlike most light-up numbers, ours all have choice of colour bulbs.  They are strictly for indoor use only.
