Before booking, please read the following information
Waiting times
Prior to booking we will ask you to confirm:
- Access time: what time we can access the venue from
- Setup time: what time you would like us setup by
- Start time: the time you want us to start providing the service
Please remember that we need up to 1 hour to fully set up.
We understand that for corporate events and wedding receptions, organisers will sometimes require us to be setup and ‘out of the way’ by the time guests start arriving, or before speeches, meals etc.
The ‘waiting time’ (the time between us being asked to be set up by and provide the service) is a maximum of 1 hour, any time beyond this will be taken from the time that we provide the service.
